Cynthia Lorraine Skaggs

Skaggs Cynthia Lorraine Skaggs, 58, of London, died Friday, August 3, 2018, at Madison Health, London. Cindy was born April 23, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio, a daughter of Martha (Ott) Taylor Brown. She graduated from London High School, where she was a cheerleader. She was employed by Ball Distribution in Hilliard. Was a huge lifelong Denver Broncos fan and was a huge motor racing fan and loved being around her grandkids. Cindy was a strong advocate of Relay For Life, always having a team which was called ‘Unit 91’. Cindy is survived by her husband of 40 years: Richard “Rick” D. Skaggs; son: Joshua (Cara) Skaggs of London; daughter-in-law: Robin Skaggs of Dublin; brother: Kenneth (Lynn) Taylor of Columbus; sister: Cheryl (Bill) Rehm; grandchildren: Gabby and Ivy Randolph; Jaxon, Teaira, Nakiyah, BJ, and JJ Skaggs; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother; son: Jason, 2012; sister: Deb Taylor. The family invites friends to call at the Rader-Lynch & Dodds Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E.
