Danny Joe Ford

Danny Ford, 73, of London, died Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Saint Ann’s Hospital, Westerville. Mr. Ford was born December 30, 1947, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of James Randolph and Juanita Elizabeth (Frese) Ford. He graduated from Portsmouth High School, attended Shawnee State and then graduated from Columbus State. He retired from Ohio Semitronics. He had a love for western movies, classic cars, and playing chess with his son and grandchildren. Danny is survived by his children: Candace O’Bryant of London; James (Angela) Ford of Dayton; Tina (Michael) Hutchings of South Carolina; siblings: Deborah (Danny) Dingus, Steve (Sandy) Ford, all of Portsmouth; Tammy (Randy) Thompson of Galloway; grandchildren: Andrew O’Bryant, Austin O’Bryant, Abbigal Ford, Hunter Ford; numerous nieces and nephews. He has been preceded in death by his parents; wife of 45 years: Jane Ann (Mullins) Ford; Brother: Randall Lee Ford; son-in-law: Charles O’Bryant. High St, London, Tuesday, September 14, 2021, from 5:00-7:00 PM, where a funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 15, 2021, 10;00 AM.
