Delores Anne (Reffit) Lambert

Delores Anne (Refitt) Lambert was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She went to be with her beloved husband on July 17, 2022, at age 84. Delores was born to Harriet and Dewey Reffit on January 30th, 1938.

She grew up in Columbus, Ohio with 5 siblings. Her family moved to London where she graduated from London High School in 1955. She met her husband Dallas in 1957 at work. Delores and Dallas married on February 1, 1958. Delores and Dallas had 3 children, Donna, Denise, and Dallas. Delores loved watching old movies, football, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed attending Church at London Church of Christ, and spending time at the Madison County Senior Citizens Center. When she was younger, she enjoyed vacationing with family and friends, especially her yearly trips to Branson, Missouri.

Delores was survived by her daughters; Donna Lambert, Denise (Michael) Knisley, and son Dallas Lambert; sisters Jane Conley, Donna Vickers, and Connie Riegel; brother Jim Dillion; grandchildren Caleb (Jennifer) Lambert, Carrick Duffey, Kaelan Duffey, Michael Knisley II, Adam Lambert, Kate Lambert; and great grandchildren Autumn Lambert, Josie Lambert, Hudson Brown.

Delores was preceded in death by her mother Harriet (McClaskie) Reffit, father Dewey Reffit, step father Willis Dillion; her loving husband of 63 years Dallas Lambert, brother Elmer Reffit, and sister Gloria Myles.

The family invites friends to call at the Lynch Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E. High St., London, Sunday, July 24th from 4pm- 6pm, where a funeral service will be held Monday July 25th at 11am officiated by Pastor Gary Cotto. Interment will follow at the Kirkwood Cemetery, London, Ohio. Mrs. Lambert will lie in state for one hour prior to the start of the funeral service Monday.
