Fern Dale Fugate

Fern Dale Fugate, 90, of Dwarf, Kentucky, passed away July 10, 2024, in London, Ohio. Born August 3, 1933, the daughter of Henry and Gertrude (Bryant).

Fern was a former employee of Homeplace Hospital in Ary, Kentucky and ARH in Hazard, Kentucky, where she devoted her Career as a Nurse Aide for 40 Years. She was a devoted Member of First Baptist Church of Dwarf, Kentucky. She devoted her retirement years making Quilts, Afghans, and place mats for her Family and Friends.

Fern is survived by her Children: Patricia F. Bailey (Bob Jesanis) Pine Ridge, Florida, Estill R. Fugate, Whitesburg, Kentucky, and William E. Fugate (Beverly) London, Ohio; Grandchildren: Chrystal (Todd) Bruce, Susan (Josh) Zimmerman, Julie (Steven) Hendrickson, William E. II (Sarah Masty) Fugate, and Brent (Angie) Fugate; Great- Grandchildren: Jack, Steven, Rohan, Cavan, Everett, Marcella, Mollie Jo, and William E. III.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband Estill Fugate; son James David (Vera) Fugate
