Geneva Mae Miller, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026, at the age of 90. Born on July 11, 1935, in Fayette County, Ohio, she was the cherished daughter of Ernest and Minnie (Williams) Johnson.

Geneva found her soulmate in Cameron L. Miller, and they were united in marriage on March 14, 1977. Their relationship was a testament to love, filled with joy and companionship, and a source of inspiration to all who knew them.

Geneva will be deeply missed by her daughter, Darlene Pinney Dugan, son-in-law Albert Wayne (Butch) Dugan, and her two grandchildren, Rodger W. Pinney and Dr. Derrick W. Pinney, and his wife Kristie. She was also a proud great-grandmother to Gabriel Lyman Pinney and Taylor Alexis Pinney. Her legacy continues through numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews, each of whom treasured their time spent with her. She is survived by her five loving sisters and two brothers.

Geneva was preceded in death by her Loving husband and sister Zada Holton Policaro, whose unwavering support and encouragement profoundly shaped Geneva’s life.

Geneva was not only a dedicated member of the Triangle Ohio Eastern Star Chapter #592 but also a graduate of Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio. Her passion for needlework brought warmth to her family and friends, and her love of animals drove her to rescue many dogs throughout her life.

In honor of Geneva’s wishes, a private graveside service will be held.
