James William Warnock

James William Warnock, 50, of London, died Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at the Madison Health Emergency Room. He was born April 8, 1970, in London, the son of Larry Warnock and Barbara (Rider) Warnock-Halterman. Jim graduated from London High School in 1988 and then joined the United States Army as a member of the Eighty Second Airborne Division, serving during the first Desert Storm. He retired from Honda USA, and loved to visit casinos and buying tear-offs. When his children would come around, Jim actually ‘glowed’. He loved, adored, and cared for his mother unquestionably. He was a simple, yet highly intelligent person. Jim is survived by loving mother: Barbara (Robin) Warnock-Halterman of London; children: Jenny Schamell; Dustin Warnock, both of Columbus; Tori Warnock and Tara Nicole Warnock, both of Delaware: brother: Eric (Jennifer) Warnock of London; Tias: Jeanie, Mary, Cathy, Margie, Donna, and Debbie; Tios: Bill Rider and Donnie Warnock; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father; Tio: Steve “Chico” Rider. A Celebration of Life Service will be held by the family at a later date. Online condolences may be sent to www.rldfh.com.
