Judith “Judy” Lavon Webb
November 5, 1951 — May 16, 2026
Judith “Judy” Lavon Webb, 74, of London, peacefully went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2026, leaving behind a family forever changed by her love, faith, and gentle heart.
Born on November 5, 1951, to Freda and James Gilmore, Judy lived a life rooted in love for God and devotion to her family. She was the kind of woman whose warmth could be felt the moment you walked into a room. Whether through a comforting hug, a heartfelt conversation, or simply her presence, Judy made people feel safe, welcomed, and deeply loved.
She was the devoted wife of James Webb and the proud mother of Robin, Michelle (Jason), Jason (April), and Keith. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren — Krista (Chris), Kaylee (Chandler), Chelse (Michael), Tyler, Skyler, Maverick and Cambria — and adored her several great-grandchildren beyond measure. Her love reached near and far, and no matter where life took her family, Judy’s heart was always with them.
Judy was a faithful Christian and a dedicated member of Abundant Love Christian Church. She loved the Lord with her whole heart and never hesitated to share that love with others. If you knew Judy, chances are she invited you to church, prayed for you, encouraged you, or reminded you that Jesus loved you. Her faith was not just something she spoke about — it was something she lived every single day through kindness, compassion, and unwavering grace.
As a homemaker, Judy created more than a house — she created a home filled with comfort, laughter, meals shared around the table, and unconditional love. She was the heart of her family, the one everyone could count on, and the steady light that brought people together.
She is survived by her loving mother, Freda Arndt; her siblings Toni(Arnie) Travis, Michael(Jan) Sheets, Bonnie(David) Holloway, and Jimmy(Kim) Gilmore; along with many extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Gilmore; her stepfather, David Arndt; and her nephew, Jimmy Gilmore. There are some people whose love leaves a permanent mark on your soul, and Judy was one of those people. Her life was a beautiful reflection of faith, selflessness, and unconditional love. Though her family’s hearts ache deeply in her absence, they find peace knowing she is now in the presence of the Lord she loved so dearly.
Her legacy will live on in every prayer whispered, every family gathering shared, every act of kindness given, and every life she touched along the way. She will be missed beyond words and loved forever.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
