Linda Deyo Maguire, age 75, passed away on September 23rd, 2026, after a brief battle with cancer, while peacefully surrounded by her husband and children in Dublin, Ohio. Linda was born in Schenectady, New York.
Linda was a graduate of Clark State College, where she graduated with her nursing degree. She worked at Madison Country Hospital, as well as other central Ohio facilities. She also graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Fine Arts from The Ohio State University. Linda had her own business in electrolysis. Linda was known for her fierce love and loyalty towards her family and animals. She was wonderfully quirky and most enjoyed spending time at the family farm in London.
She is preceded in death by her mother Betsy Ann Deyo, and brothers Daniel and Michael Deyo. She is survived by her loving husband of 17 years, Christian Maguire. She is also survived by her amazing children, Michael (Amber) Blary and Bryn (Danielle) Mandl, devoted father Franklin Eugene Deyoand wonderful sister Sharon (Jim) Waterbury. She was blessed with 5 grandchildren, Peyton, Jaxen, Addie and Avera Blary, and Wyatt Franklin Mandl-Yoos. She will be missed as well by her many wonderful nieces and nephews, Joseph (Marina) Tichenor, and Britney Deyo and their children, Bella, Dominic and Xander.
The family would like to thank Dublin Acute Care, Vitas Hospice team, and Chaplain Larzell Hensley for their kindness and care.
Private ceremony and burial will take place October 9th, 2026, at Lynch Family Funeral Home, in London, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ohio Cat Welfare Association; https://catwelfareassoc.org/donate.
