Lisa Ann (Buchannan) Rafferty

Lisa Ann Rafferty, 56, 0f London, died Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. Lisa was born Feb 25, 1964, in West Jefferson, Ohio, a daughter of Clyde and Audrey (Curry) Buchannan. She is survived by her best friend and life partner, Bruce Rafferty; daughter: Alice Rafferty of London; children: Duane Ackley of Toledo; Timothy (Kathy) Ackley of London; Dale (Debbie) Lehman of Springfield; Michael (Amber) Lehman of Jeffersonville; step-son: Bruce Jr. (Bobbi) Rafferty of West Jefferson; brothers: Clyde Buchannan of Lancaster; Gary (Beanetta) Buchannan of Buckeye Lake; Grandchildren: Devin and Chloe Ackley; Damien, Xavier, Maggie, Bentley, Elizabeth, and Lillian; great-grandchild: Delilah Ackley; numerous nieces and nephews. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents; and sister-in-law: Teresa Buchannan. The family will receive friends at the Lynch Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 124 E. High St., London, Sunday from 2-4 PM. where a funeral service will be Monday, 11:00 am. with the Reverend A.L. officiating. Interment service will follow at Somerford Township Cemetery, London.
