Nancy Lynn Mccafferty

Nancy Lynn McCafferty (Held) Went home to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, June  2, 2024.  She was married to the love of her life for 41 yrs, Ray Edwin McCafferty, who went home June , 1997.

Nancy placed her trust in Jesus's gift of redemption 50 years ago.  She was an amazing prayer warrior.  She loved to read both the Bible and many other books. She could bake the most amazing pies.  She had a green thumb yet said she never knew how she managed it. She was an active church member.  She was a graduate of White Cross Hospital School of Nursing.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Nancy was preceded in death by her Husband Ray McCafferty, Her siblings and their spouses, RJ Held (Rose), Florence Reed (Jim), Ed Held (Ruth), Augustus Held Eleanor), Jean Rapp (Kenny), her granddaughter Alexis Stockslager.

She leaves behind her son Eric McCafferty(Vicki); her daughter Kim Stockslager(Bil)l; her daughter Vicki  Ranft (Gary).  She also leaves behind her granddaughter Courtney Caldwell,  (Matt), Collin McCafferty, Jason Ranft, Savannah Stockslager.  Her great grandchildren, Autumn and Nora Caldwell.

She will be placed beside Ray at Pleasant Cemetery, Mt. Sterling,  Ohio.  Family will have a private memorial.
