Phyllis Mae (Knight) Boberg

Phyllis Mae Boberg, 85, of London, died Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Madison Health, London. Phyllis was born July 20, 1936, in Franklin County, Ohio, the daughter of Walter and Virgle (McQuaide) Knight.

Phyllis was a high school graduate from Marion Harding High School. She retired as a supervisor after 20 years working for the Ohio Bureau of Employment.

Phyllis is survived by her son: Mike (Lou Ann) Smith of Plain City; Daughter in law Mary Smith of London; Granddaughter Dawn Ward of London; Brother-in-law Tom Dewitt of London; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; numerous nieces an nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Walter Knight of London; Sisters: Emma Lee Dewitt of London and Jean Stinson of Columbus; Sister-in-law Nona Thomas of London; Sons: Daniel Lyn Stinson of London and Ronald W. Smith of London; Nieces: Vicki Bailey of London and Lori Dewitt of London.

A special thanks to granddaughter Dawn Ward, Jeremey Ward, and Niece Debby Wilson all of London for your love and support.

Per Phyllis’s wishes a private graveside service will be held and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
