Phyllis Mcfadden

Phyllis McFadden, beloved mother, dedicated real estate professional, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on June 2, 1948, in Springfield, Ohio, Phyllis touched the lives of many throughout her vibrant journey.

For 20 years, Phyllis was a passionate realtor, known for her unwavering commitment to her clients and her impressive service as both the past vice president and president of the Madison County Area Realtors Association. Her legacy will be remembered not only in the homes she helped create but also in the relationships she fostered in the community.

Phyllis is survived by her dear companion, John Butcher, and Jim (Carolyn) Cullen, Barbara (Butcher) Reuwee, and Robert Espenshied. She will be lovingly remembered by her special friends, including Janet Webb, Mr. and Mrs. Loren Linder, Mildred Potts and family, Dallas and Cheryl Music, Mr. and Mrs. Miles Patton and family, and Mr. and Mrs. Troy Artis. Phyllis will also be missed by her precious fur baby, Bella, who brought her much joy.

Preceding her in death are her beloved husband, Jerry McFadden, and cherished son, Brian McFadden, both of whom remain forever in her heart.

A private graveside service will be held to honor Phyllis's life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to your charity of choice, a reflection of her generous spirit and commitment to helping others in their time of need.
