Phyllis Ruth (Neer) Pickens

Phyllis Ruth Pickens, 90, of London, died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the Madison Senior Living Community, London. Phyllis was born April 6, 1927 in Springfield, the daughter of Roy and Wilma (Rittenhouse) Neer. Survivors include her daughters: Cynthia Stidam of London; Karen (Bob) Brougher of Beavercreek; she was a Granny to: Amy (Jonathan) Webb; Tara (Chris) Ellis; Jonathan (Lorena) Brougher; great grandchildren: Samantha, Zachary, Alex; great great grandchildren: Maddux and Kinsley: several nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; husband: David E. Pickens; sister: Norma Phillips. A funeral service will be celebrated at the Rader-Lynch & Dodds Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E. High Street, London, Tuesday, 1:00 PM. with Ed Banion officiating. Interment service will follow in the Paint Township Cemetery, London. Friend are invited to call at the funeral home for one hour prior to the start of the service. Friends may make memorial contributions, in Phyllis' memory, to a favorite charity.
