Robert Vincent Sullivan, 83, born July 26, 1934, passed away October 27, 2017 at University East Hospital. He suffered many obstacles. He leaves his wife, Janet Irene (Reed) Sullivan who he married 62 years ago. He had four sons, John David, James William (Willy), Joseph Robert (Shoe), and Jerry Edward (Moose). He also had 10 grandchildren, Nicole Leigh, Jeremy Ernest, Justin Samuel Robert, Jeremiah William, Jerred Dean, Sierra Rachelle, Cassidy Louise, Kennedy Louise, Korrtney Louise, Jacob Robert and two great grandchildren, Jaden Elliott and Kaden Lloyd, plus special Lacey Leigh. He enjoyed life to the fullest, telling his stories. The first to school in Mount Sterling. Their he played football and the joined the first Mud Run Hustlers 4-H club. Moving to Plumwood he played basketball and baseball. He was the catcher and twin brother Bill was a pitcher. He also joined the Monroe winners. He was the healthiest boy for Madison County 4-H in 1952. He was a twin son of Mary Marguerite (Goings) and Francis Eugene Sullivan, both deceased. His sister is Mary Theresa Sullivan Sherman. A twin William Joseph and Francis Edwin Sullivan. A niece Joy Lee Sullivan Butz. He also has other nephews, Patrick Edwin, Michael James, and Peter O. Sullivan. Niece, Debbie Sue Sullivan Angles. He was a United States Army Veteran and was able to take an honor flight. He graduated from Monroe High School in the largest class ever with thirteen in 1952. "Always love your neighbors" The family invites friends to call at the Saint Patrick Parish Center, 61 S. Union St, London, Sunday from 4-7 PM. A funeral will celebrated Monday 1:00 PM, at the Saint Patrick Church, 61 S. Union St., London, with Father Mark Ghiloni officiating. Interment will follow in the Plumwood Cemetery.
