Ronald Gene Miller

Miller, Ronald Gene, 70 of Riverside, OH went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at his home after a lengthy illness with COPD. Born in Springfield, OH on February 9, 1952, to the late Harold M. & Virginia F. (Van Dyke) Miller. Survived by his only sister, Betty (Doug) Musser of Beavercreek, OH; Poppy’s boys, Corey Noble of Richmond, IN, and Andrew Bort of Riverside, OH; sister-in-laws, Denise Miller and Donna Gilbert; one daughter, Amanda Vuick of Bardstown, KY; two granddaughters: Jaida and Riley, one great-grandson, Beux, numerous nieces, nephews, greats and great greats. Also leaving behind is his special friend, Richard Hammond of Riverside, OH where they were always laughing, cutting up and kidding each other. Ronnie is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Bob, Stanley (Bub), Steve, Roger, and Monty (Nuke) Miller. Ronnie loved just about all sports but especially football and our beloved Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved watching golf, March Madness, Nascar etc. He was an avid reader with The Bible and westerns being his favorites. Mention prime rib and he was ready to go! He loved people and children gravitated to him. Not quite sure how many “grandchildren” he had because they all called him grandpa in some form or fashion. His love for the Lord has never faded through the years! He was always saying, He answered another prayer! Often talked about how blessed he was to be born to a close family and that there were not many like ours! He was a friend, an advisor, listener and so much more. He is going to be greatly missed by those of us that loved him. Funeral services will be held 12 (noon) Thursday, February 24, 2022 at the LYNCH FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. High St., London, OH 43140. Friends and family may call 11 am until time of service. Thursday. Pastor Brian Huff officiating. Burial to follow at Plumwood Cemetery.
