Ruth Ellen Bussey

Ruth Ellen Bussey, 57, of London, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020, in her residence, after a courageous battle against cancer. She was born August 24, 1963 in London, Ohio, a daughter of Gene and Marilyn (Potter) Bussey. Ruth had been employed by Mainline Tillers and the BP Bulk Plant in London. She worked at Stanley Electric, USA, for 16 years. She attended the Madison County Vineyard Church, where she belonged to many different groups. She really enjoys bowling and spending time with her grandchildren. She had amazing faith throughout her illness, constantly letting people know that she was in God’s hands. Ruth is survived by her daughter Ashli Presley (fiancé Jason Nusser); sister; Donna (Ray) Long; brother: Raymond (Debbie) Bussey; grandchildren: Caden and Alexander Presley; Zoey Castellanos; Kylee and Wyatt Nusser; Nieces and nephews: Kevin (Nicole) Long, Cindi Long, Brandon Long, and Amanda Bussey; great-niece and nephew: Kylee and Kaleb Long. Special friend: Jeff Long. She was preceded in death by her brother Duane C. Bussey; niece: Miranda Renee Bussey; maternal and paternal grandparents. Ruth’s family invites friends to call at the Madison County Vineyard, 106 Olive St., London, Ohio, Monday, October 12, 2020, from 3 PM until 5 PM., with a Celebration Life Service to follow with the Reverend Denny Tatman officiating.
