William E. "Bill" Higgins

William E. "Bill" Higgins, 87 of London died January 11, 2018. Born in Madison Co. September 5, 1930 to Daniel F. and Katherine F. (Connor) Higgins. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, member of the K of C, former trustee of Oak Run Twp., was a lifetime farmer and a graduate of London High School.
Survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Preceded by parents, brothers Robert, John, Paul and J. Richard; sisters Mary M. Charters, Catherine Higgins and Ruth Ann Lacey.
Friends may call at St. Patrick Catholic Church on Monday from 10:00 to 12:00 PM. Mass will be celebrated immediately following with Father Mark Ghiloni officiating. Burial in St. Patrick Cemetery.
