Dorianne Walters

1962 - 2021

Dorianne Walters Dorianne was born May 7, 1962, in San Mateo, CA, and passed away February 14, 2021, in Columbus, OH. She was a beautiful soul. Dorianne always tried to be kind and do good things for others and to know her you couldn’t help but love her. She loved to laugh (but didn’t do it nearly enough) and her smile was sunshine. She was always the first to offer a hug if she thought one was needed, even when it was long distance. If she could she would tell us to all wrap our arms around ourselves and squeeze real tight knowing that was her sending us a hug. She will be achingly missed. Dorianne is preceded in death by her Father, Bob, and Mother, Mary. She is survived by her brother Bill, sisters: Jennifer and Keri, nephew Austin, nieces: Rhiannon and Payton, great-nephew Isaiah, and a great-niece on the way, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and all those whose lives she touched. There will be no services at this time. Her ashes will be scattered in a special location. If you wish to do something in her memory please make a donation to a local homeless shelter, woman’s shelter, or rehab facility. Online condolences may be sent to Dorianne's arrangements have been entrusted to the Lynch Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E. High St. London.

I don't know what to say. So many memories... From the Chevy Tsunami (remember Rhiannon) to spring breaks in Southern CA with you for most of my life. When I was a newborn and mom had to stay in the hospital you were mom. You were the cool, beautiful sister that would surprise me at lunch in elementary school. Laughter, smiles, and tears you are my big sister. I'm glad Payton got to talk to you and love you (she does so much). I hope you have your peace and you can love yourself the way we always have. I miss you and am lost. I love you my Dia ❤️

Where to start.... from laughing about the Chevy Tsunami (remember Rhiannon) to every spring break from like 6 through 18 spent with you in southern CA. You were mom when I came home from the hospital as a newborn since mom had to stay a little longer. You would surprise me in elementary school when my cool, beautiful older sister came to have lunch with me. Through the good and the bad, all the smiles laughter and tears you were my big sister. You were stronger than you ever knew and I wish you could have loved yourself as much as you were loved. I'm thankful Payton got to talk to you and had a chance to love you. I miss you, miss our texts & our talks. I love you 💙

To the family of Dorianne,
I am so very sorry for this heartbreaking loss. Dorianne was such a wonderful person a true friend. If she was anyones friend she was true to that. Her and I spent time sitting with our Starbucks, texting our laughs between the two of us. Her hugs were genuine. She will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences.

My friend and my sister, I am so sad that I will never hear that laugh or see her bright smile ever again. I know that she was welcomed home with open arms from those she loved who have gone before her. Big hugs to Kerri Bill & Jennifer
