Joan Lee (Byerly) Gordon, 87, of London, died Monday, August 8, 2022, at her residence. Joan was born November 16, 1934, in Madison County, a daughter of Carl and Edith (Balsinger) Byerly. Joan was very much family oriented, having Sunday dinners at her house, every single week. She loved to do puzzles and crochet. She had retired from MATCO and then eventually, she went back to work there. She enjoyed helping the disabled as much as she possibly could.

She is survived by her children: Edie Gordon; Harold Gordon; grandkids: Sheri (Tim) Witbeck; Elmer (Kelly) Rowland; Pauline Gordon; Kristy Gordon; Brent Gordon; Benjamin Gordon; great-grandkids: Cortney Freeman; Cody Freeman; Dezeray (Kash) Caballero; Jordan Rowland; Alexis (Tyler) Lloyd; Brandon Seymour; Kailyn Seymour; Elainelee Rowland; Ashlynn Rowland; Elizabeth Gordon; Jace Gordon; Avery Gordon; Carolyn Hoosier; Richard Hoosier; great-great-grandchildren: Marissa Petit; Nevaeh Collins; Alicia Bauman; Cole Rowland; Easton Caballero; Elijah Caballero; numerous nieces and nephews. Joan was preceded in death by her husband: Harold; sons: Steven and Carl. The family invites friends to call at the Lynch Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E.
