Judith "Judy" R. (Turvy) Roark

Judith “Judy” Turvy Roark, age 79, wife of Oscar Charles “Charlie” Roark, died May 12, 2018. She was born in London on December 19, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Theodore R. Turvy and Eileen Foster Turvy. Mrs. Roark was a 1956 graduate of London High School. She was a member of London First United Methodist Church and a member of the London Chapter #386 Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her husband she is survived by two children, Julie (Richard) Clark of Marysville and Phil (Adair) Roark of Summerville, SC; two grandchildren Charlie and Chandler Roark; two step grandchildren Kim (Ben) Eckerson and Felicity Clark; two sisters, Jane Roberts of London and Karen (Charlie) Summers of London; two brothers Bobby (Bev) Turvy of London and David (Penny) Turvy of London; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 8:00PM on Wednesday, May 16th at Rader Lynch & Dodds funeral home. A funeral service will be held there at 10:30AM on Thursday, May 17th with burial to follow at Somerford Township Cemetery.
