Ruth Ellen (Martin) Eades

Ruth Ellen (Martin) Eades, 90, of London, died peacefully Saturday, July 15, 2023, at her home. Ruth was born June 8, 1933, in Glenford, Ohio, the daughter of Albert and Bessie (Wiseman) Martin.

Ruth enjoyed cooking, fishing, raising her children, and especially spending time with her ever-growing family.

Ruth is survived by her children: Doug (Susan) Eades, Diana Hindman, Mary (Mike) Hopkins, and Darrell (Connie) Eades; Brother: Elmer “Red” (Flo) Martin; Grandchildren: Gerrod Eades, Aaron and Amber Eades, JD Hindman, Rachel Edwards, Naomi Smith, Ian Eades, Zoe and Noah Hopkins, Annie Hamilton, and Derek Eades; Numerous great grandchildren, great- great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends and neighbors.

Ruth is preceded in death by her Parents; Loving husband of 34 years William Eades; Children: Rick Tier, Danny Eades, and David Eades; Siblings: Gladys Watchinksi, Minnie McDonald, Eileen Wilson, and Earl Martin; Son-in-law: Samuel Hindman; Grandson: Jason Eades; Grandson-in-law: Paul Edwards.

Ruths family would like to thank ProMedica Hospice and their nurses Helen, Chasity, and Kimiko for their wonderful care.

The family invites friends to a graveside service on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at 11:00 at Paint Township Cemetery, 1868 Old Xenia Road, London, Ohio 43140. Ruth’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lynch Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 124 East High Street, London, Ohio 43140.
